Welcome to AutoShipFlow. By accessing or using this website and the tools and services provided herein, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description & Disclaimer

AutoShipFlow provides a suite of automated tools for processing, extracting, and validating PDF shipping labels and logistics documents.

• "As Is" Basis: The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties that the service will be absolutely uninterrupted or error-free.
• Result Verification: Although our tools are designed for high accuracy, you are responsible for sampling or verifying the final results (such as extracted tracking numbers or modified labels) before using them in actual production. We are not liable for any direct or indirect business losses caused by tool processing errors.

3. Billing & Refund Policy

We use a Pay-As-You-Go billing model based on Credits:

• Deduction Mechanism: The system will deduct credits upon completion of processing. If processing fails, identifies zero results, or is interrupted due to system reasons, we generally do not deduct credits, or will refund them after verification.
• Refund Policy: We do not support refunds for purchased credits. We provide 20 free credits upon registration. We strongly encourage you to fully experience and test our tools with these free credits before making a purchase. If you encounter any issues while using the service, please contact us for assistance.
• Credit Validity: Purchased credits are valid indefinitely and will never expire.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following behaviors while using the service:

• Using our tools for any illegal, fraudulent, or infringing activities (such as forging shipping labels or defrauding carriers).
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the website or bypass the billing system through reverse engineering, cracking, or malicious attacks.
• Registering fake accounts in bulk to fraudulently obtain free trial credits. If discovered, we reserve the right to ban related accounts and clear the violating credits.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access at any time for reasonable causes (such as violation of these terms, service abuse, force majeure, etc.). If you wish to cancel your account, you can contact us at any time to delete your account and related data.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via website announcements or email. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
