Are addresses uploaded to a server?

No. PDF text reading and OCR run in your browser. AutoShipFlow does not save uploaded labels or extracted address values.

Can it extract both sender and recipient addresses?

Yes. Recipient address is prepared by default; add Sender address as another custom field and draw its position on the sample label.

Why does an address need checking?

Small print, low-resolution scans, tight line spacing, or a different layout can reduce OCR accuracy. Review flagged rows before using the CSV.
